In tech, when something breaks, you fix it. When you push a bad update, you roll it back. When you make an error, you own it, patch it, move on.
Life doesn't work that way.
There are moments in your relationships, your choices, your past, that you wish you could roll back — moments that still bother you, years later, with no patch available.
Here's the truth: God doesn't ask you to erase your past. He offers you grace.
Grace means God sees your whole story — the parts you're proud of and the parts you hope no one ever finds — and He still chooses you. He isn't waiting for the "perfect version" of you to ship. He doesn't require you to fix everything before He loves you. He meets you in production, bugs and all.
In tech, your value often feels tied to your output. With God, your value was never tied to your performance. It was settled before you did anything to earn it.
Grace is God saying: you are not the worst thing you've done. You are not stuck in your past. You are allowed to grow.
A good leader believes in their team even after a failure. God believes in you even after the moment you regret most. He restores, rebuilds, strengthens — and He takes your real story, not the polished changelog, and uses it for something good.
Grace isn't God ignoring your past. Grace is God redeeming it.
So the question becomes: if God is willing to meet you where you are, are you willing to trust Him with where you've been?
